TRAC Lease stands for Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause, and can only be used on commercial equipment that is used for at least 50% business. The term “lease” has often been associated with a car lease, but it is important to recognize that the two are very different.
It is important to discuss the benefits of TRAC leasing versus a loan with your accountant. For depreciating assets, the use of the asset is generally more valuable than owning the asset. The TRAC Lease has a clearly stated residual so you know your balloon payment up front, meaning no surprises when you get to the end of the lease.
No. You will not have any mileage restrictions.

Generally, for heavy duty trucks & equipment, we require the dealer be a nameplate dealer. If you do not have a nameplate, please submit your request and we will review on a case by case basis.
For other equipment dealers and manufacturers, you must have a location in the US.

We offer application-only financing up to $500,000, with additional options available for larger transactions that may require financial statements or additional documentation.
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Most credit decisions are made within 24 hours of receiving a completed application.

No, we do not finance private sellers or units being sold through an auction.
